Who we are
This website is operated by TODO Pat Egan Management Ltd (“we”, “us”) on behalf of Pat Egan & Spotlight. Contact our data protection lead at privacy@TODO.ie.
What we collect
- Olly's Insiders sign-ups: your first name and email address, with your consent, to send news and presale offers. Unsubscribe any time via the link in every email.
- Group enquiries: the details you submit, used only to reply to your enquiry.
- Analytics (optional): if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed and ticket-button clicks, with IP anonymisation.
Ticket purchases are made with our ticketing partner, whose own privacy policy applies.
Cookies & similar storage
By default we only use essential browser storage: remembering your cookie choice and whether you've already seen the curtain intro. No analytics or advertising cookies are set unless you opt in. Maps load from Google only when you press “Show Google Map”.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Retention
Mailing-list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
